Green Gables Residential Home provides exceptional care and support to individuals aged 65 and above. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering personalized care based on the core values of respect, choice, compassion, inclusion, and person-centeredness. With a focus on preserving dignity, we create a warm and nurturing environment where residents can thrive.

Residential Care

We provide 24 hour residential care , we have a variety of rooms sizes and some rooms with private en-suite. All of our rooms have a profile bed for your comfort and pressure relieving equipment if required. Our staff are onsite 24 hours per day and always ensure that we have sufficient staffing levels by completing a dependency profile for each resident to ensure that their needs can always be met. We complete an extensive care and support plan with you highlighting your goals and aspirations and ways in which we can support you to remain as independent as possible

Respite Care

Green Gables can also offer short term stays , if you or your loved ones need a holiday we offer a full service with respite as short as one weekend and as long as 2 months , a full plan of care will be place to ensure that you receive all of the care and support that you require. Our aim is to offer respite to care givers and loved ones and combat social isolation and loneliness

Palliative Care

Green Gables will become your home and we can support you until your last days. We pride ourselves in excelling in this very personal experience and we will work with you and your loved ones to make it a holistic experience for you, we will ensure that everything is in place and support you to plan. We offer health and well-being checks and our staff are trained to carry out checks such as blood pressure, urine analysis, blood glucose, insulin administration, SATS, pulse and weight
